About
Erica Conklin, LPC
Erica has been working in mental health for over 15 years. Bringing with her multiple resources, knowledge and experience with multiple demographics and skills. Recently completing certificate training in Trauma and Disaster Response, as well as earning Brene Brown Dare to Lead training.

My orientation for treatment is trauma-based, focusing on rapport and safety, then gently exploring how our past experiences shape our reactions and relationships today. I then integrate more concrete methods; such as CBT and DBT tools and techniques, to help change negative thought patterns, behaviors and communication.
